Group Medition Class

Soulscape Meditation is offered at the studio of Love and Peace on 4th and Alma.
We offer 3 classes per week, Tuesdays, Thursdays at 6:30 PM & Mondays at 10:00 AM

Soulscape meditation is the dive inwards, into the activity of the thoughts, the body, the feelings, and the spirit. While other meditations strive for an outcome of silence or stillness, bringing you away from the “noise” of your thoughts or sensations, this meditation journeys in an opposite direction - right into thoughts, feeling, sensation.  It is scientifically shown that once these parts have been acknowledged, the tension they cast over the core self, the heart, the higher self, lifts and the calm of the core self, the full moon feeling of the fullness of the heart, can be felt once more.

60 Minute Journey

The first 15 minutes focuses you inwards with an intention, an inspirational short poem or quote, music, and sound healing. Transitioning to somatic landing, cognitive noticing and emotion greeting, Beta Brain Wave state often shifts to Theta Brain wave state here.

 

The next 30 minutes are spent in more of a Theta Brain wave state, using oral guided meditation of visualizations, felt sensing of heart brain coherence, inner focusing and inner parts work, to dive even deeper into the deepest healing of all, the healing of your own brilliant heart.

 

In the last 15 minutes, we gently re-alert back to somatic landing, back to the analytical mind to begin integrating and anchoring the healing journey.  Using poems, quotes, music, sound healing, gentle Om chanting, stretching, breath work, and journaling (pen and paper provided) to connect the dots and integrate the hour spent with the most brilliant light of all - light with in you: the sun the moon stars are but fragments compared to the most brilliant light of all - the light with in you.
